Terms & conditions

Last updated 10 August 2026

These terms govern your use of coneapex.com and any service bought through it. The service is operated by Nirukta Digital XR Technologies Private Limited (CIN U62090TS2025PTC198275), trading as "ConeApex" ("we") — a one-person studio registered in Hyderabad, Telangana and working from Naidupeta, Andhra Pradesh, India. Buying from us, or using this site, means you accept these terms.

1 · What we provide

ConeApex produces editorial-grade explainer video, audio narration and related digital content to a brief you supply. Scope, price and turnaround for each tier are stated on the services page and are part of these terms. We also publish a free editorial atlas of the AI industry; that is reference material, not advice.

2 · Orders and the brief

3 · Who owns what

Your material stays yours. Logos, brand assets, scripts, documents and source material you send remain your property. We use them only to produce your deliverable.

Your deliverable becomes yours on full payment — the finished video, audio and carousel, for any use, commercial included, with no time limit.

Our engine stays ours. The production pipeline, templates, agents, design system, the Five Layer AI Cake atlas and our own published films remain the property of ConeApex and are not transferred by any order.

We may show finished work in our portfolio. Tell us not to and we will not — say so at onboarding or any time after, and it comes down.

4 · Voice, and consent

If an engagement involves cloning a narrator's voice, it happens only with that person's written consent. The voice model remains your intellectual property, processing stays local, the model is never reused on another engagement or sold on, and every generated line is logged and verifiable. This is the same standard we hold our own founder's voice to.

5 · Payment

6 · What we do not promise

We promise craft, not outcomes. We do not warrant that a video will produce views, leads, sales or any commercial result, and nothing on this site should be read as such a guarantee. The atlas is editorial opinion built on public sources; it is not investment, legal or professional advice, and it may contain errors — tell us and we will correct them.

7 · Limits of liability

To the extent Indian law permits, our total liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost data or reputational harm.

8 · Acceptable use

You may not ask us to produce content that is unlawful, that infringes another party's rights, that impersonates a real person or organisation, or that is designed to deceive. We will refuse such work and refund you.

9 · Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force for your order is the one published on the day you paid, and the date at the top of this page tells you when it last changed.

10 · Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction. Before any proceeding, please write to us — most things are fixable by email.
